Babysitter Training Certification Course
Overview
Learn a valuable skill that can earn you money! Maybe even
save a life in the process! Our American Red Cross Babysitter Training and
Certification Course will put you a BIG step ahead of other sitters
because parents prefer trained and certified baby sitters!
If you're 11 or older, you can get the knowledge,
skills, and confidence to care for infants and school-age children. Combining
video, activities, hands-on skills training and discussion for a complete
learning experience!
Babysitter's Training shows you how to:
- Respond to emergencies and illnesses with first aid, rescue
breathing, and other appropriate care.
- Make decisions under pressure.
- Communicate with parents to learn household rules.
- Recognize safety and hygiene issues.
- Feed, diaper and care for infants.
- This course now includes Child & Infant CPR & First Aid
certification.
Get certified in CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation)
and possibly save a life! This Babysitting Training course is taught by a certified trainer and has resulted in a 100% certification by all
students taking the course! They pride themselves in making the course as
interesting as possible to help the concepts sink in!
This 6-hour course is split into two, 3-hour days: [DATE TO
BE ANNOUNCED] from 2:00pm to 5:00pm. Class size is
limited to 12 students so you MUST register early!
This certification class costs ONLY $55.00,
payable in advance. Contact an Event Coordinator to register.
This is very low compared to similar courses!
Other Details:
- Students must be ages 10 & up.
- After passing a test (everyone has passed so far), everyone
will receive an official Red Cross Card with their name on it to signify their
certification. They will also receive other materials.
