Cream & Refreshment Parlor
 A Dash of Panache provides Vernon Street visitors with a
unique and fun Family Ice Cream and Refreshment Parlor. You do NOT need
reservations for the Ice Cream and Refreshment Parlor; just come on in!
Perfect for a tasty lunch or a delicious treat or
refreshment break during your shopping adventure on Vernon Street. Our very
rich Gunther's Ice Cream is awesome! You should also try our hot toppings. We
think we have the best hot fudge and the most flavorful hot caramel in town!
Our ice cream parlor includes a variety of food and refreshments
including:
- Quality Soups. We pride ourselves in the quality and
taste of our soups. We only offer one soup per day but we change the selection often so be sure to ask what's
available. A few of our great signature soups include:
- (big breath) "Portobello Mushroom with Roasted Red
Pepper Tomato Bisque,"
- Creamy Asparagus,
- Chicken Tortilla,
- our famous Chilled Strawberry Cream Soup.
- Gourmet Salads. All of our salads contain fresh
greens and many extras. Our Stuffed Apple Chicken Salad is
unique and our Haystack salad is a local favorite. Our variety
of gourmet dressings are awesome too!
- Unique Sandwiches. Oh boy, this is something to talk
about. Be careful, you may end up with an addiction. Our specials change
frequently but you'll find some pretty great selections. Our Tuscan Grilled Chicken
sandwich is huge and definitely addicting! Our Chicken Salad with Slivered
Almonds and Sliced Grapes sandwich is the best in Placer County! Other popular
sandwiches include White Albacore Tuna, Egg Salad with Dill, Gourmet
Vegetarian, and Roasted Turkey with Swiss Cheese.

handmade Gunther's
Ice Cream),
- Sundaes (creamy hot fudge, creamy hot caramel,
strawberry, etc.). You gotta try our famous Fudge Brownie Sundae, our
trademarked Broken Sugar Cone SundaeTM, and
our signature Peanut Butter Panache Sundae!

Having awesome Hot Fudge and Caramel is
very important to us. We wanted to serve the best around and it was not
easy finding the quality we desired. It took us about 9 months, but we
finally found what we sincerely consider to be the BEST Hot Fudge and
Hot Caramel*. In fact, the caramel is so thick, we have to serve it hot!
We'd love to prove our claim of having the best so please ask for a
sample taste when you come it! *Because we're the only
parlor in Northern California using this special caramel, it is very
difficult to obtain so there are occasions that we're sold out and are
waiting to obtain more. |

surprisingly awesome Peanut Butter Panache!),
- Baked goods (scones, muffins, breads, pastries, and
our famous Triple Fudge Brownies),
- a variety of Soft Drinks, Italian sodas, and
Italian cream sodas,
- Fruit Smoothies (our recipes are excellent),

 Coffees, Teas, Cappuccinos, Espresso,
Lattes (including kid's coffee-free La-Tays such as the Choco
La-Tay and Pink La-Tay, etc.),
- and occasional varieties of baked Treats like
scones, brownies, cupcakes, muffins, bagels, and/or other
goodies.
 The atmosphere is family-oriented and stylish. The quality of the
handmade
ice cream and the reasonable prices will make this spot a favorite for your
friends, family, sports team, office group, or social club.
If you frequent one
or both of Vernon Street's live theatres (just a few doors away on the same side
of the street), be sure to swing by A Dash of Panache before or after the show!
Our Vernon Street location in Downtown Roseville, California (CA) location is conveniently located
in Placer County near the I-80
Corridor (Sacramento, Roseville, Rocklin, Antelope, North Highlands, Citrus
Heights, Orangevale, Loomis, Penryn, Auburn) and only a short drive for other neighboring
California cities (Folsom, Rancho Cordova, Carmichael, Orangevale, Lincoln, El Dorado
