Are you interested in becoming an A Dash of Panache
Associate? Do you have the following characteristics?:
-
Friendly, outgoing, enjoy interacting with others?
We're all about serving guests (and each other).
- Able to keep a level head under pressure? Although our
guests are typically very nice people all of the time, we may be visited by
one that is having a bad day and wants to include you in their experience. Can
you be loving to our guests in these situations?
- Enjoy entertaining others? Have a good sense of humor? Able to interact with a group, lead them in a game,
and control children (and sometimes parents) without coming on too strong?
- Able to feel comfortable in a fun, yet professional
environment where integrity is expected? Integrity includes doing the right
and appropriate thing, even when no one else is looking.
- Possess a proactive habit of cleaning something because it needs to be cleaned
instead of just when you are asked to clean it? And if you are asked to clean
something (e.g., a table, a floor, a toilet, a spill, etc.), you are OK doing
so? While associates have a variety of responsibilities, cleaning is a
perpetual duty that can become...well...boring. Can you accept that?
- Possess a "team player attitude" that supports other
associates (coworkers) synergistically? Because we are a team, when an
associate isn't pulling their weight, others have to make up for it.
- Comfortable working for a company that is owned by a
Christian family. Although we don't expect associates to be Christians
themselves, we do expect that they know about our philosophy ahead of time and
are comfortable working in an environment that might have contemporary
Christian music playing for guests in the background, etc.
If you fit these characteristics then you just might have
what it takes to be an Associate at A Dash of Panache! We'd like to
invite you to download a job application below, print it off,
fill it out by hand, and mail it back to us.

"I used to work at A Dash of Panache and it was a wonderful
environment. The owners, Karen and Scott, treated me like family. Each event was
well planned and organized. The clients always had a good time. Great food,
great parties, great fun!" --Gherie G. (we miss you Gherie!)
